Hey everyone, i;m 18, my right testicle is much smaller than my left one and i've had this issue as long as i can remember, Anyways could it be like undecsended tesicle or hernia or testicular cancer or something dangerous, the difference in size is pretty significant, i'm wondering if it could be an undescended testicle at this age? please help me out!!! thankyou

GO GET IT CHECKED OUT!!! i had testicular cancer, one of my testicle was almost 3 times the size of the other. and you are in the age range where most men are diagnosed with testicular cancer. its very unlikely that you have a undecsended testicle, more likely thats its a hydrocele. DONT MEAN TO SCARE YOU BUT GET IT CHECKED OUT!!!

It is normal for one testicle to be larger. But if you can feel the testicle inside the scrotum, then it is probably not an undecsended testicle. if the difference is significant, then you should have it checked by your doc.

Relax it is supposed to be that way! If you ever look at a magazine with nude males especially in a flaccid state you will notice that one testicle always hangs lower than the other! the heavier one hangs lower after all do you want to walk around with your balls clanking together every time you take a step/

Squeeze the other one, and you'll be symmetrical in "no-time"!
