It is because, my friend, I am only 20. You can pay $15 to get into clubs here if you are under 21, but you still can't drink, so it isn't as much fun.

My friends are at a company Christmas party and I promised to be their designated driver. I'm waiting for them to call so I can go pick them up and drive them home.
