that the true history is quite different from the actual history. It's difficult to get an unbiased veiwpoint on history because it is written by people who have different biases and viewpoints. You have to look through a magnitude of opinions before you can average out the masses to get an idea of what truely happened. And even then it is off...close as you can get but not necassarily the truth.

History is the accurate, exact past that was. History we read, see in movies, documentaries and on the History Channel is simply some (or many) historians viewpoint of what happened in the past. If this pool of historians is less, or all these guys are from one place only, then their views tend to get quite cockeyed, one-sided or prejudiced. Hence read about history from all different sources, preferably form outside the US (I have found that World History as I read is quite different from what me & my bro had to answer when we sifted to he US. US History, too as taught here is quite one-sided). And lastly, never believe anything that our President tells us!!!!!
