It depends ont he person and what kind of sense of humor they have.

Gross is one word that applies to some people's humor.

Quirky or off-beat are others.

Sardonic is yet another.

Non-existent.

Understated, subdued.
Dry.
Wacky, zany.
Over-the-top
Imperceptible.

If we had some of idea of what the person's sens of humor was like, we might be able to help.

Words have meaning. The appropriate description or adjective would depend on the nature of that described.
