Why the hypocrisy about homosexuality and the virulent anti-gay platform of the GOP" ? Could they be self-loathing gays? Please explain Mark Foley, Mary Cheney (the Vice President's daughter who actively campaigned for his gay hating agenda), Ken Mehlman, Log Cabin Republicans, David Drier, the list goes on and on!

No, I am not against anyone being gay and no, it doesn't bother me if you say that I am gay, unlike Republicans who campaign on gay-bashing while being closeted gays themselves!

Dude, you have to go all the way back to Gerry Studds? You're desperate, it shows. Let's deal with 21st Century pedophiles and Republican gay hypocrites like Mark Foley, Reverand Ted Haggard, Congressman David Drier, GOP Chairman Ken Mehlman, and the numerous Republican staffers in DC known to be gay but living a lie. Democrats are not bashing gays, Democrats are not anti-gay, Democrats do not condone sexual predators like Republicans do, apparently. That's the difference: Republicans are gay in the same proportions as Democrats, yet they hypocritically condemn and persecute gays.

I don't think Mehlman is gay, but he does come off a little "funny." Otherwise you are just noting the exceptions and not the rule. I would wager good money and say most Republicans are not homosexuals and most Democrats are not either. Green Party, well the jury is still out on that one.

There is no hypocrisy sir. We take the stance that gays should not be married because marriage is between a man and a woman. That does not prevent any republican from being gay.

Why do liberals claim to support gay people's right to live their as they choose (as they should be), then turn around and use speech that shows hate towards gay people when it comes to the "intolerant" conservatives? If any conservative were to make a statement like "are all liberals gay?" you would be all over that, calling it homophobia.
