Dreams can mean many different things. Just because she dreamed you were pregnant doesn't mean it's acutally you who's pregnant. She could be seeing someone else who is pregnant. Next question is are you actually sexually active, and if so...then you would really sense your pregnancy first. Denial and sensing is two different things. Some people deny being pregnant, but they've already sensed that they are pregant.
Also there is a such thing as spiritual warfare. The enemy (devil) will try to show people hurtful images to hurt them. So really don't be worried. Like I said you would actually sense your pregnancy first (if this were the case)

People dream about their anxieties (among other things). Obviously, the thought of this sort of thing happening worries your mom, on some level. This doesn't necessarily mean you've given her anything to worry about, maybe she's worried for other reasons.
Just reassure her that you're a responsible person, and that you love her, and hope she gets a better night's sleep tonight.

I have read that dreaming of pregnancy doesn't mean you are goin to get pregnant or are. But i means that another part of you is being born and that you are growing as a person. And dreaming of death doesn't mean you are dying but that a part of who you are is fading away or you are growing up. Death and birth are realated so i thought i'd throw that in there.
