SHe told this dude she was preggers and made him bealive it was for real. He hired lawyers for child support. SHe hired a lawyer To prove there was no kid.... She never accepted money and she told his friend she was pregnet to and showed them a kid.... Whats up is she gonna go to jail....?

She "showed him a kid"? So she showed him a child and told him that was HIS child that SHE had given birth to? I hope she has a good lawyer.
Jail? Maybe not, although I imagine the state could find something to charge her with (fraud, attempted extortion maybe?). I also imagine he was a good case for ‘emotional distress’. I hope the court awards him millions. What a horrible thing for her to do. Your friend needs to grow up.

I think this is so awful to trick someone in to thinking there is a baby on the way. why do people do such cruel things to each other? I think if I were him I would try to make her pay for the lawyers any way. Next time maybe she will think before she tells someone this awful thing. My prayers go out to them. one more thing if she dont get any time maybe she should have to some community service work, maybe at daycare center.

I saw a segment on this on I think Dateline... no mostly likely not the girl will go to jail, or get into any trouble. It's sad, and I feel really sorry for the guy... I send my prayers.

i are conscious of it fairly is a question for adult adult males, even though if it made me snigger so i assumed i might make contributions. additionally, a lot of those fake issues are for the media- a type of point makeup- yet i might have theory that there comes a factor- while the fake nail, fake hair extentions, fake tan, overload of makeup and fake boobs might desire to in genuine existence- waking up next to that interior the morning -be rather like waking up next to a clown that hasn't taken this is gown off- frightening. or perhaps some adult adult males like the residing blow up doll look!(hehe)

She could get probation or she could go to jail. Alot depends on the evidence against her,her intent when she told this guy she was pregnant.
She is guilty of Fraud to say the least.

i don't think she could go to jail for that because she didn't accept any money from him if anything he would be able to sue for emotional distress.

SUE HER FOR COURT COST AND EMOTIONAL DAMAGE. SINCE HE WOULD HAVE WANTED CUSTODY OF SAID CHILD.
