U should mention ur budget, and beleieve me, if i follow literal meaning of BEST, best an cheap can not be used togethr at all... btw, if u r in india, i'd suggest hp dv series' models. They r having good configuration and are good return for money invested.

go for Acer if you want cheapest and if you want best go for Dell or Lenovo.
