Microsoft Outlook in and of itself is not the email account---it's a vehicle for checking email. You're not going to get the forgotten password thing for Outlook, depending on the version he's using.
Why do you want to prove it? If it's for a court case, spend the bucks to hire a private investigator (not as expensive as you might think). Photos trump emails any day. Emails are very impeachable---he can claim that even though they TALKED about doing something, they never did, it was all fantasy. He can claim that someone else hacked into his account and send those emails.
If you want to prove it just because you suspect it, what's the point? If you don't trust him, whether he's actually doing anything or not is pretty much irrelevant.

Do you really need hard core proof? I mean its not just one person is it?? you'd be hard pressed to find that many people to all make up the same stories just to cause trouble, one maybe but not more. Its obvious you husband is lying he is the only one with anything to lose. I understand you don't want to throw your marriage away if your not sure, he knows this that is why he will deny till the end. whilst ever you have even a little bit of doubt he may just get away with it. I suggest you use commonsense to work out what is true for this one, stay strong and keep him gone. don't let him use your love for him as a weapon to believe his lies. I'm sorry if i sound cruel but if he really loved you he wouldn't have been cheating since day one, you deserve better than that

If you feel in your heart that your husband is cheating on you . . . than focus on that feeling and forget about 'proving' it though looking into the computer. In reading what you wrote here I sense that you and your husband are already 'detached' and there is a clear distrust and weak communication there. That is to be focused on, not the proof of finding something on the computer to wave in front of him. The computer thing may possibly be easy to prove. Indepth counseling and communication is more work that many don't have the emotional savvy or courage to delve into.

a little company called spectorsoft.com has a full program available for tracking each key stroke on the computer. you can set it up to send reports to your e-mail box as frequently or as seldom as you'd like. the software encourages you to create a new e-mail account that he doesn't know about and to try to access that e-mail on a computer other than the one you're tracking that your husband is using. we used it on each other for about three years, then finally decided just to trust each other again. it really does work though, just maintain total discretion while using. follow the prompts, etc. you can download it directly from their website or purchase a cd to install it onto whatever hard drive you choose. it's a one-time charge for the program.
hope this helped you and i also hope you find out that you're wrong in suspecting your hubby of infidelity. maybe you'll get to what's really on with him this way, but i'll hope it's not that he's in love with someone else.
good luck dear, and blessed be!

Ask him if he is cheating on you...I guess you do know he is cause your six sense is telling you, and you don't trust him so you must have a reason, why go threw this, year after year..let him go..you will continue to think he is ...not worth living like this

Yeah, I'd like to know the secret. My exhole hacked into mine and my privacy was destroyed. This happened well after we were divorced, he deserves the same treatment, so I'd be interested to know...

Go to history, then , view , it will give you all the sites he went on .
trying to get a password is not that easy, if you ask for them to give you the password, they are only going to send it to the email you're trying to see, then he's going to know you are trying to look at his mail.

You can put software on your computer that tracks key strokes which will give you his password. But the best thing would be to talk to him. Don't be underhanded and deceitful.
