Is Rockhopper Actually In Club Penguin?

I've heard rumors of Rockhopper, the Club Penguin pirate, to be hanging around somewhere. Has someone seen him?

He is supposed to be but you can't see him. He's brought red puffles with him too! His ship is at the beach. Puffles are at pet shop. -sorry if you had seen all that already, but happy holidays!

Hi I have actually seen rockhopper before on the beach. There is usually a massive crowd around but once you spot him you cant miss him and if you just click on him it'll just give you a gift. Rockhopper cant really talk when you meet him but it was very cool indeed. Best of luck for you to find rockhopper one day!
