According to my doctor, we only dream when we are in that stage before/after deep sleep. When we are actually in the "sleep" state - we do not dream. Nothing I can actually help you with, just letting you know that when you remember dreaming, it means you are not getting the proper sleep and if you can't remember them it means you are really sleeping. Personally, I would rather forego the deep sleep and continue with my dreaming - I love dreams - good and bad.

when you go to bed take a glass of water and drink 1/2 of it before you go to bed. first thing when you wake up drink the other 1/2 and then write your dreams in a journal of on a tape recorder. You will start to train yourself to remember more. It will assist you too if you can sleep with your head to the north. The iron in your body aligns with the magnetics of the Earth and you sleep better and remember more. this also is a partial step for super learning.

it's very healthy to dream and you are lucky if you can remember any of it..if you are waking up because of them then you are a lucid dreamer and you just need to tell yourself while in the dream to stay in it...you'll get it right...sounds like there is something you are confronting that scares you..work through it.

It is natural to not want to remember bad dreams, and that results in forgetting them. It is normal. I sure don't want to remember mine. ;-)

do you know that only in dreamstate your loves one who passed or friends could visit you. it is the subconscious that is receiving, that's why you can't remember when you wake up.
