There will be no war only if evil people are gone from the world and I can't imagine that will ever be. It's nice for us all to think the answer is "tolerance" or something like that, but until you can raise each and every person to be tolerant, it will never happen.

Sadly, not going to happen. Money truly is the root of all evil and divides us within our own countries, states, cities, by social classes and decides how comfortably you live. Without it and all being equal and eligible to all equally, there would be far less strife. Just look at how people pull together during disasters, regardless of race, power, religion. It's sad but it takes things like that to make us realize and actually see the big picture.
IF that could actually happen, acceptance of race, crede, colour, religion, really wouldn't be a big deal. "Oh yeah, you beleive in Islam? That's nice." Buddist? Hope you find some funky zen today brother! Jew? Hey, I'm coming over to your place 2 weeks b4 Xmas to help celebrate and bring a 6 pack over to mine when Xmas is here man.
I know it sounds so utterly simplistic, it sounds stupid. In reality it is because, sadly, I know it isn't possible.
Like I said though...in moments of crisis, we realize how fragile life is, how truly powerless we truly are in the greater scheme of things, realizing our incredible smallmindedness in fighting each other, rather than working together to solve global problems.
BandAid fed more starving people with one large concert than whole countries were able to. See what I'm saying?
I'd wager to say that if all the money ever spent globally on weapons of any sort went to...anything of merit. Say, a cure for cancer? That cure would already have been discovered.
We live in a continually degrading society that gets worse and worse. Used to not have to lock our doors and be able to walk about at night without fear. These days a strong grown man might be swarmed by a bunch of punks to be beaten to death for the $20 in his wallet.
Forget the whole world...we can't even live side by side together. Sorry for the rant but it saddens me when I think about it.

Wars arise from misplaced nationalisn or bad economics, or religion. The former is pretty much a dead letter; only a few idiocies are still extant (Cuba, N. Vietnam, Myanmar, Venezuela), but religious wars are likely to be with us indefinitely.
