Um, no. Men that have had boob jobs not only lack mammary glands, they lack milk ducts. Second, they likely still lack enough hormones to make milk even if they had the above-mentioned parts.

if you have real boobs and your a real woman and your the one that had the baby then ya duh you obviously had a kid so u got milk if not then somethings wrong
