Where's a good place to buy kimono stuff at?

Meaning, the kimono itself, an obi, hakama and I'm not sure what the under-shirt thing is called. Am I missing anything? Nothing really formal, mind you. Just plain colours (like in the Last Samurai)

Look online there's tons of site. Or get a pattern and make it yourself. And the undershirt is called a kosode.
