how do i turn off the write protection from my usb drive?

how do i turn it off? its a memorex traveldrive. there is no switch or anything and properties doesnt have a read-only box. i even tried formating it a thousand ways but it still isnt working. i cant delete the files, i cant even scan the drive to see if there is a virus. someone help!!!!

There's a switch. They're just tiny and hard to find sometimes. There are also write once versions of the drives that are used for hardware keys and stuff like that.

There's gotta be a write protection switch, or movable part of it like old floppys have.

That's the only thing I could think of, unless it's damaged.
