I am a creative recreationalist...and by this I mean I like to find new and creative ways to enjoy my spare time and have fun. Lately this means scaring small children, or handing out monopoly money to the homeless on the street corners. Can anyone help me out with some new ideas?!

Go up on top of a roof (the taller the better) Get your "Jollies" off and shoot it to the crowd below. Better to do this at night though.
