I looked at the website you refered to above. I'm not sure if you are spamming or you want to know if you should advertise on the site or if you want to advertise this site because you own it.

If you are spamming, not cool- But iif you want to know if you should pay for or link to this site I would recogmend you doing some homework first. This site is made in "frames" and is hard for the search Engine Spiders to index, so I would tell you to steer clear of this site. It stinks of bad news. If this is your site, I would recogmend looking up Gary Halbert (copy writer/ marketer) or Dan Kennedy. Read up on how to make a profitable return on your online investment. If you ware just wanting traffic, look at www.overture.com and look at the key word tool and see what keywowrds are getting the searches. Second, do some bidding and get some traffic to your updated website. I would recogmend not trying to be like Walmart and offer "everything" at the lowest or best value. Thats craz! Home in on just a few items and tell a value story- its not what you pay, its what you get for what you pay! Thats what consumers are looking at.

PS- look at geting involved with the BBB Online. That may ad a little more credit and trust for the consumer to at least look at the website for a few more seconds- and maybe even click on your site.

Best wishes!

My belief is that you need to have your first run of advertising go directly to your target market. There are various ways of doing this but the most effective in my experience is a direct mail approach. Many people offer newsletters that go out each month to thousands of homes that can be advertised in depending on your market. For more info on doing this go here: http://www.stonesolutioninc.com/

Here are few my suggestions:

1. Start submitting to search engines and directories (when you've done this basic step, you would be surprised that the effect is sooner than you expected)

2. Start joining forums (related to your business) where you could freely discuss about your stuff. However, do not promote directly, be able to give forum members something that they need. Speak of benefits.

3. Try to exchange links with complement sites.

4. Try reading more web marketing stuff and freely ask experts in forums for you to get plenty of ideas and avoid marketing pitfalls.
