Does anyone know of this childrens book (a bear making cookies)?

This book is not illustrated, rather it is a picture book done with an actual teddy bear and real surroundings. Of what I remember, the book is about a bear who decides to make cookies because it is a rainy day. He also makes a mess in his kitchen. This is a fairly dated book, probably done in the 80's or early 90's. Any suggestions would be lovely!

If the bear had a doll companion named Edith it may be by Dare Wright. They are the only books I know of offhand that feature teddybears in 'real surroundings' that depict the action/plot photographically. But there could be others that I'm not familiar with...
