Hoe, or more properly Ho, is a slang term, quite possibly a forerunner of the popular ebonics, that is used to describe one who has sexual intercourse with vast and varied partners at will. It is usually preceded by another equally interesting word or compound word if you will, "Skank A**". When used together it defines a truly nasty person who is exceedingly slutty and takes other women's men. Thus giving you the "Skank A** Ho". This terminology has as of yet not been entered into the webster's copy of the dictionary.

A 'ho' is a derogatory term shortened from the word, "whore." The ignorant beast who came up with the word did not know how to spell or pronounce the letter "r" in a word; therefore he came up with the easiest and shortest, albeit, lamest way to describe a woman whose sexual favors denounce her integrity in the lowest way possible - to his delight, that is.
