Neither, really. INFLUENCE and unpredictability/some-riskiness make a person sexier. These are often confused with plain old "power", though.
To make the distinction think about it if you put a handsome doctor and even a not-so-handsome rock star in front of a woman who would they talk about? The rock star takes over the crowd, the rock star knows the how to touch the mystique of emotion, the rock star says something and it becomes the word the new trend. Mick Jagger is by most standards ugly and old, and not known for giving his flings money, but he brings in girls like mad.
Power and money can be used to get influence, yes, but it's influence isn't unique relative to anyone else with the same or better power or money. Original influence is always unique and someone with influence can often always surprise someone and make them feel in uncharted territory in ways buying your way into a VIP bar or even simply having the power to attract many women alone (pimpishness??) can never match.

Money is the root of all evil! I just ended a 4 year relationship with a guy for financial reasons. As far as power is concerned, there should be no such thing.
