While it's not appropriate to use obscene language with patients, it's not against the law. You can let the doctor know how you feel, but the doctor will not be formerly warned, nor will they take his license away. My suggestion would be to find another doctor.

If he saves lives: who should care. ER doctors lead difficult exasperating lives. My best friend is one and she is always upset about someone dying in the ER and she's trying to save them but they have done something stupid or waited too long to get to the hospital. Sometimes they go for the shock value to see how you respond because they want to know if you are fully aware or if you are sliding into a coma: so they use curse words to make you pay attention.
The ER is not a pretty place to work.
Get a life dear.

Get over it and get a new doctor....It's his practice, he can say what he wants and if some patients don't like it I guarantee that there are twice as many more waiting for their appointments.
Sounds like a great change from some of the snotty self-righteous jerks that are doctors today....I personally like people who are outspoken and don't conform with society's norms.

because he, an up close & lively member of the wellbeing care establiment, can see Obamacare for what it truly is - a burdensome, needlessly complicated bureaucratic nightmare foisted on the human beings by over-knowledgeable, elitist snobs who've no actual, sensible understanding.

A doctor's office is a business. Call the better business bureau. Tell the doctor that you are going to take your business elsewhere, then do it.

hey if you do not like his language go to another doctor but do not try to force your religion on him its yours not his and no there is nothing you can do to dictate to him what he can say no more than he can dictate to you what you say. You just remember your religion is just that" your religion".
