Mice can see, and very well at that! Mice have a very acute range of senses. They see, hear, and smell extremely well, which is why they're used frequently in scientific research, on top of their immune systems being very close to that of a human!

I am speaking from personal experience. Yes, mice can see. We are in the middle of a mouse plague. So we have had a few experiences. The latest one was me standing in the doorway of the kitchen. I see this movement out of the corner of my eye and there is this mouse. The mouse came out from behind the stove and sat and looked at me. I slowly started to reach for something heavy to drop on it and the mouse was gone.
Our Greyhound saw another mouse and tried to slowly stalk it, the mouse was gone.
Other than that, one ended up in our bath. Every time I went to catch it, it always ran away from me. So from that, yes they can see and they are good at it.

Oh, I thought u were asking can a mousse and I wuz like "huh?". i guess a mouse can see, but it has whiskers, and whiskers are sort of used to see, right? Then can a mouse see, but not that good? And it also uses its sense of smell, right? i dunt get it? Well, all I knoe that it, mouses are so cute!!!! Makes me want to squash them (jk)

they sure can. the only mice i've ever heard of not being able to see are the 3 blind mice of course.
