I haven't heard Laura's version.
However, I have heard Celine Dion's version and she simple is awesome, along with that awesome voice.
If you really want to get retro, try the orginal version by Air Supply.
They are great as well.
By the way, I choose Celine Dion hands down.

did you spell their names wrong on purpose? It's Laura Branigan and Celine Dion. I prefer Laura's version, only because I can't stand Celine's voice.
