There are four movies so far, there is the fifth coming out July 13 (where I live), and there are seven books, the last of which isn't out yet. I take it you aren't into the books? The Half Blood Prince has a different director again. Chris Columbus did the first two, but they've been swapping it out ever since.

There have been 4. The 5th (The Order of the Phoenix) is coming Summer 2007.
