=if you really want a red phone contact Sprint, sign on and pay to break your contract with your present carrier otherwise if your intention is to donate money, contact the Global fund people like the other answerer suggested and even gave you a link.

The "Product(RED)" thing is basically just a marketing gimmick that also happens to be contributing money to the Global Fund. TMobile isn't in on it because they're competing with Sprint. If you're interested in helping out the Global Fund without getting a new cell phone, click the link below.
If all you're interested in is the image of having a (RED) cell phone, I can't help you.
