Every month a few days before my period i get really PMSy, basically i'll get pissed at people for the silliest reasons and i hate it. It's hard on my boyfriend cause he knows i'm PMSing but we always fight while i'm PMSing, what can i do to make things better?

Give him fair warning about when you know this will happen, and try to avoid talking about anything serious.
If it's only a day or two, just take that time apart from each other. You get some personal space, and he doesn't hear you get mad about every little thing.

I go through the same thing. There are medical ways to combat this but those who can't afford it like me have to do drastic things. I stay home and make everyone else leave. Good for their sanity and mine also.

This is not your fault. It happens due to harmons secretion in your body. Do some deep breathing exercises. Try to calm down. Think twice before you answer something.

Try avoiding him, or people.. It sounds stupid, but spend those few days a month focusing on yourself, relaxing, doing things for yourself, and avoiding contact with other people. I'm sure it'll do wonders for you, but also your boyfriend and other people. Good luck.

Just make sure he knows why you are being a badonkadonk and let PMS run its course!Aint much to do about it!

look into wild yam root cream ( i think it might also be called mexican wild yam root cream) it works wonders for me and my sister
