Yes for the most part. We are all human and I think we have to forgive ourselves for the small things.
My advice is to take the advice you would give someone exactly like you with exactly the same regrets you have.
You would tell them to forgive themselves; wouldn't you?
So take your own advice! Move on and don't look back.
