Both have done Pepsi Ads with Tendulkar, then the Chavanprash ads for Dabur & Chandi Sona. SRK then stars in the remake of Amitabh's "Don" the Movie. Now he is replacing him in KBC -Kaun Banega Krorepati as Host of the TV Game Show and again ICICI Bank (Brand Ambassador- Advertising). Is Sharukh (King) Khan following on the footsteps of Amitabh Bachan ?

SRK is very ambitious and all the time he want to p[rove him best (i appreciate it since he want to do so by his karma only) i believe he is doing it all cause he want to proove that he is 'better' than AB. It depends on individual though whether they are agreed or not. In other words, he want to estalish himself as this generation's super star...

i say king khan. the reason, when big b was the host, did u ever see his name on Aaj Tak Headlines. NO! But with King Khan he's always on the head lines. "SRK gave nine cars" SRK gives his expensive marriage anniversary watch" SRK is a great actor, a legend to be, and just a great man with a great family with a great religious background (even though im a Hindu) he's awesome

They both are super stars of their time so they get same adds ,contracts etc.
People can think of Shah Rukh khan after Amitabh Bachhan and only he can take Big "B: place in future hats why they do same contracts and movies.

Juniors follow their seniors so long it is praised worthy. However king khan is ahead for he is very much for youth and with the youth except that he uses some cigars.

i hate srk. he is sooo fake ! he can never be like amitabh .
and yes he is trying to be like amitabh . but you know this proverb---
" all that shine is not gold " !
