could be enlarged prostate or kidney stones. Both can be serious if not taken care of. Tell him to see the doctor right away. not going pee can also lead to very serious infections.

~Bladder infection. Try Cranberry gel tabs. You can find them in drug stores or Walmart. Get the name brand ones. Take two or three a day until symptoms stop. Remember to drink plenty of water.
If it doesn't work, see a doctor.~

I was like this once and it was Kidney stones they block the urethra and make it inecessable for urine to pass! He needs to go to the doctor ASAP!

SOUNDS LIKE URINARY TRACT OR KIDNEY INFECTION , HE NEEDS A COMPLETE URINALYSIS AND URINE CULTURE , PLUS CBC WITH DIFFERENTIAL , CREATINE LEVEL TEST AND PSA TEST ..HE SOUNDS TOO YOUNG FOR PROSTATE CANCER
HIS PROSTATE COULD BE INFECTED
