I take it from the odd arrangement of your phrases you are concerned that a image of your likeness is located on the www.osoq.com website. There are a few possibilities, the first being that she simply looks like you, the second being that your photo was submitted by someone, and they agreed (either intentionally or unintentionally) to allow the site to use the photo in advertising, or perhaps you are on the receiving end of a practical joke in progress.

You're on your moms account. The computer just thinks you're your mom. Now don't delete any of her emails, you just cost her 5 points anyway.
I'd think that a 12-year old nowadays would be smarter and know about things like email and accounts.

Intentionally or not, I think you may be using your Mum's screen name. Go open a brand new yahoo account, using your own info, and your own screen name, and start it all over again. Good luck!
