No one knows for sure. My sex life isn't anyone's business and I'm sure that lots of other people feel the same way about theirs.
That said, astronauts Nancy Jan Davis and her husband Mark Lee flew together on Space Shuttle mission STS-47. I hope that they shared a sleeping bag and that their crewmates gave them the privacy required to be the first couple to join the 200-mile-high club.

It's probably a good bet that astronauts have at least pleasured themselves in space. It's a pretty good bet that at least some sexual activity between two astronauts has been attempted. But since every action has an equal and opposite reaction, whenever a man 'tagged' a woman, it would push her and him farther apart. So it wouldn't be easy that's for sure.

You wouldn't believe how much research goes on in a space station. A few years ago in a US space station they had an experiment where they tested sex in a zero gravity field. I'm not sure about this but they may have done this to test out conception and possibly early pregnacy in space.
