OK theres this runaway place called covenanthouse and do you think if someone ran-away there, would they call their parents or listen and let the child stay there....

Call the nineline they will help you and may be able to tell you directly if they would tell your parents. Its confidential so your parents won't find out you called it.

Chances are they would listen and help you deal with your parents. If things are bad at home they could help you with options of what to do next. If the police have a missing person's report on that person, the org would call the police. As for the child, the dept of family services would determine if the child should stay there, with their parents, or somewhere else.
