Certainly sounds like you aredepressed. There are 2 types of depression. 1 that is a reaction to something that has happened in your life and 2 that just comes on for no reason. The second is harder to treat and depending which one, different treatment. Go see your doctor or a specialist. Don't let it drag on too long.
Have you tried talking to friends or family.
Good luck
Cheers!

I think people misuse the word depression. It sounds like to me that you may just be going through some life changes and at the moment very sad. Depression is a disease that you are usually diagnosed with by a physician.

It sounds as it you may be depressed. Oft time, depression will manifest itself as insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, anger, apathy, etc. You should probably get an evaluation from a mental health professional. Therapy alone may help. Antidepressives should be the last resort. Is there anything in your life causing the depression? Recent death (or anniversary of such) of a loved one? It is best to seek the help of a professional...

*HUG* yea that sounds like depression. the best thing to do when your depressed is talking about it. talk to your doctor, your parents (guardian) your friends, (or just one really good one) sometimes when i pray and i feel depressed i somehow get better. not right after i pray. you also have to think about what might have started that depression. did something change? did some one in your life leave? Just make sure u talk about it because the more you talk the better. and then ppl will know if your depressed and they will make sure u dont hurt yourself. I hope this worked

You seem to be exhibiting symptoms of depression. I could list off the diagnosis criteria for you, but you really should go to a clinician to get a valid diagnosis and then potential treatment, such as counseling and/or antidepressants. Good luck! I hope you find the help you need.

These are definite signs of depression. However, only a doctor or psychologist can diagnose you and make you feel better. Usually therapy and, if needed, medication can be prescribed. I would call your primary care physician and talk to him/her. Take care, and please start to take the steps to recovery soon. If not treated, depression can take a toll on your life, if not take it completely!

Please review this site from the National Institute of Mental Health. It should give you the answer you are seeking.
Regardless, the responsible thing to do is to seek medical guidance, so as to take any steps needed to change your behavior.
Quality of life is extremely important and you deserve to be the healthiest you can.
