I would add..... most americans are fat fools, the fattest fool is the president (fat not in the literal sense, but in the foolish sense)... how many times have we seen pictures of GeeDubbya looking through binoculars (field glasses) with the lens caps still on??
americans are conceited, loud and extremely rude.
most Americans personally believe that they won the 2nd world war and we would all be speaking German, if it was not for their gallant, heroic efforts.

possibly Nebel wishes to be personal? I selected the word "most" - most carefully.
I worked for the USofT******* for many years,have the highest admiration for some. I did not look at GW when I generalised about fat Americans, but in the words of my CEO at the time (the company was in Texas + the gentleman knows 'GW' - he is a "lout")
As for the comments about British rubble, many fine, wonderful English airmen lost their lives to secure the skies above Britain! It made it safe - for following airmen, to render Germany useless.
There is no hatred of Americans in my question. I simply asked why the question was removed. I have some very good friends that are American and they (like "Don") agree with my views.
I have been in your nickel-plated hotels and looked down at the car park at your soda-swilling lumps of lard, getting out of their "gas"-swilling monstrosities and wondered whether we should have kept the lime secret safe.

Be fair not all of them! Just 90% which unfortunately is a Hell of a lot of people! Yanks outnumber us by about 20 - 1!
I am glad to say I meet more of the 10% 'Nice American's'
As for Quatrapil and her ilk!

Don't get me wrong, I'm all but happy with modern American politics and culture but sir, you are an @ss. You are drawing vast misconceptions and over generalizations. I agree with you on the United States president, but you're wrong to state that Americans as a whole are fat, conceited, and rude; it's like me using Winston Churchill as my example and stating that all British individuals are snide, uneducated, fat, cigar smoking fools. Clearly this statement is not true about the British and I'll admit that openly.
There was a reason that the British didn't get bombed into complete rubble, and that's due to the aid of United States forces. The United States forces also forced Japan to surrender, thus forcing the NAZIs a bit closer towards their defeat.
Please sir, learn your facts, don't overgeneralize, and don't be such a self absorbed bigot. You obviously hate Americans and it's rather irritating that your reasons for doing so are so groundless.

This is so stupid. A lot of Americans aren't like that, I don't see why everybody can't quit making stupid comments because of where people are from, there are more important things in the world! Oh yeah and I'm not American so don't try claiming I'm just biased.

Who's conceited now? The US did stay out of WWII until we were attacked by the Japanese in Pearl Harbor.
Our allies weren't doing so good of a job of containing Germany and her troups before then, now were they?
