Got to "start" "programs" "accessories" "system tools"
"character map". Then select "symbols."

Hope that helps.

If you are using Microsoft Word, you need to select the "insert" option with your mouse.

Select "symbols" from the drop down menu.

A box with bunches of different symbols will appear.

Choose the symbol that looks like an R with a circle around it.

Click Insert or OK or whatever option it is that activated the insert function...

Back on your page, the trademark symbol will appear right next to the last letter you typed.

Some other programs are more complicated, and if you are using Wordperfect or Open Office, then I have no idea...

Depending on what word processing software you're using
In Pagemaker, click Utilities>Plug-ins>Bullets & numbering, then click "edit" and a keyboard of symbols will appear, the trademark symbol is one of them
In Word Perfect Click Insert>Symbols>Typographic Symbols, then select the Trademark symbol.
Or you could just type TM in a text box of its own in a small point size and place it where you wanted it.

That would typically come from your word processing program - look under Insert (or something similar) and you will see a symbol list. Then, click on the symbol you want to use. Good luck.

Go to Insert | Symbol and look for the symbol. It's there.
Alt-Ctrl-r is a different symbol, not the trademark symbol, although Alt-Ctrl-t is.

In your word processing program, MS Word(or other); where you want the "Symbol" to occur....click....

INSERT>>>Symbol>>>and find it in your font listings...probably under wingdings or webdings...

good luck!
