Ok here is a true story for you:
My friend's husband was fixed well then she turned up pregnant like 2 years after he was fixed. He said she cheated on him and there was no chance in hell that baby belonged to them and they ended up getting divorced over it even though she had not cheated on him, Well when the baby was born they performed a dna test on the baby and guess what the baby belonged to her husband.
All that fighting, heartache and not believeing in her caused all of that torment but they got back together so please tell him that it is so possible for a man to get someone pregnant even though they had a vasectomy.
Good luck and Congrats

If it was a recent vasectomy, or he didn't get a sperm count check after the procedure, he might be the father. However, it's just as likely that you are really more than 10 weeks pregnant and just can't tell that. I'd have your bf go to the doctor and get a sperm count check.

If you have have your dates right than it could only be your boyfriend.
When did he have his vasectomy? After the operation it takes about 20 ejaculations to clear the sperm from his system.
If he had it done awhile ago there is a chance (less than 1%) that it could fail if the tubes were not completely sealed.
Congrats on your pregnancy.

Aside from the dishonorable creeps who just "say" they have had it done, there are a few different ways the vasectomy could have been performed, and depending on type... well... they can all fail. It happens all the time.

In early vasectomies, they only decrease the tubes, yet they grew back at the same time. So, then they decrease and tied, yet they someway untied and grew back at the same time. Now they decrease and cauterize (burn). those little buggers have a concepts of their very own and are bent on duplicate.

There is still a chance you can get pregnant. Especially if he had it done recently.

Sometimes they come 'undone' or are not fully successful in the first place.
Obviously you're proof of that!
I do hope he believes you, though. If he doesn't tell him to call back his surgeon and ask why they don't guarantee that surgery (because they do not)!
