you have to say it in polite terms especially to bf's mom in japan,so the phrase would be like this:
もし何か彼に持っていくものがございましたら、
私におことづけください。
moshi nanika kareni motteikumonoga gozaimashitara,watashi ni okotoduke kudasai.

But if you want in casual terms:
何か彼に渡すものがあれば、そう言ってくださいね。
nanika kareni watasu monoga areba sou ittekudasaine.
