You really can't compare them becuase get up -is a party/ fast dancing song.While Promise-is the alone with that special someone/slow dancing song.But in my opinion they both are good songs.

For me I like Promise because some people can relate to it in a relationship. But Get Up is also good because it is one of those songs that can get a party started.
