Behavioral Analyst and Forensic Psychologist mean different things to different people who use them even in the same profession. It really depends on what you are meaning you want to do.
If you are thinking along the lines of a criminal profiler (such as the US television show Criminal Minds), someone who works specifically to hunt down high profile cases based on psychological profiling, there are many options. These would mostly involve some police or Marshall service with subsequent degrees tailoring yourself after your career is started.
If you are thinking of the people who interview people on trial for mental stability, sanity, ability to stand trial and such, you need to be a doctoral level therapist (psychiatrist, PhD clinical psychologist, that sort of thing).
If you mean a behavioral therapist who uses techniques relevant to the behavioral psychology approach, that is more wide open. There are jobs for that at the psychiatrist and PhD levels, at the masters level, and in some jurisdictions maybe even some sort of work for someone with a bachelors degree.
Are any of these what you have in mind? What's the job niche you are thinking about?
