It is not a point of caring, they do, but that our nation has grown so big, that there is no way we can go back to nature so to speak. What we do need to do is find better ways to live and conserve, not waste words blaming others for something everyone does..

How many here would give up their computers? There are parts in it that are bad for the environment. Electricity to run it? coal or nuclear? Printers? are you using recycled paper? Think before condemning. We as a nation are at fault as same as EVERY thing that is polluting it.

as longs as our government is controlled by big money they will never do anything that is going to cost the rich. that is why we did not join the global warming treaty with all the other countries on earth. It all is tied to protecting the money donors to the party.

1. We need to keep speaking out.
2. We need to hold our representatives responsible. If they're not attempting to do what we elected them to do, we need to stop electing them.
3. We need to elect those who actually run on a platform of caring for our environment. If they don't...
But to go along with that, they need to actually have solutions, not just talk out of their butts.

Vote.

Write your representatives. Let them know that you will NOT vote for them if they support legislation that causes more pollution.

Give money to pro-environmental groups.
