As sad as I would be to lose my beloved pet, I could only imagine how horrible the family of the person my dog killed would feel.
The dog would have to be put down.

It's a DOG. It killed a HUMAN. No question. Dead dog! I don't care how much I loved it. But, again, I don't have to worry about it because my sweet little dog is a Yorkshire Terrior with a pedigree and he weighs about 3 pounds! He might, on a good day, kill a mouse!

If my dog killed someone while protecting me from harm{lets say from being raped and killed myself} Then I would fight to my last breath to save her.If how ever she killed someone for any other reason then protection for me or my family in extreme cases, then I am afraid that we could no longer keep her.

Nowadays, if your dog kills someone the owners are responsible and I am not about to do any time in jail because of my dog killing someone.

it really depends on what the person did that the dog decided to kill them for....but i would say if the person did something bad...then (to me) no he shouldn't....but if the dog did it for really no reason...then yes...because that is dangerous if he does it again.

Yes I would it would be hard that is for sure....but you would never know when the animal would snap again and once they attack once they WILL do it again
