How old is your little brother? Any sort of fever in someone under 6mo should be checked by a doctor immediately since it could be life-threatening.
If he is older, it really depends. How does he feel? Does he have any other symptoms? Assuming all he has is a fever, keep him well-fed with plenty of fluids and rest. A fever is the body's response to an infection. If the fever worsens, he should see a doctor.

Thats ok. Kepe his fluids up and put a cool face washer on him. If it gets to 38 degrees take him to a doctor or hospital.

Is he born at 37.7 weeks?
