I dont know about Puma ones, but for fox ones, if you live in Australia, you can by them for between 2 to 4 hundred dollars from a place in Adelaide called STU'S AUTO'S they are located at unit 13 no 31 Charlotte st Smithfield, the phone number to call is 08 82840988 or fax for interstate order is 08 82840977 , they do not do overseas postage....

You can get them for about $134 at zappos.com, link below. I think there is another, taller model as well.
