I am a planner I always over think.....but there are times I want to hide my head in the sand for something I did or say. I think everyone has felt stupid at some point.

Depends on the situation. If I'm in a store, I just "do it" or buy it, because if I sit around and think about it, I won't buy it and regret the decision later. However, if it is a life altering decision, then, yes, I think about it long and hard.

I think before I do something. Sometimes I do and then I think of what I did. It's one of those hard life questions huh?

i think it depends on how intelligent you are and how tired or poorly there is loads of different factors to this answer but the main one is if you look back on most decisions you will always come up with a what if or i should have done that its part of life and everyone makes mistakes

most of the time i think before i do, and i think so much that i dont do it after. but sometimes i'm so in rush i dont think and then i feel stupid.

sometimes i think. i think? i think that i think a brief thought be for i do but most of what i do seems so spontaneous that the thought i had was so quick that it really didn't happen kinda like a blink that no one saw someone said that you blink several times a minute but i don't remember them or do it on propose so i think that i think before i do anything reather i think about it or not i think?

One of my main problems is that I act on impulse and think later. It got me in so much trouble before.
