Sub-tailor Joint?

Question

I have foot pain and got an MRI and wanted to know what it ment. I have a middle sub-tailor joint appears and equivocally fused. Anyone know what this is and could it be the cause of my pain?

sub TALAR joint is the joint between the talus and the front part of the calcaneum - see the wiki page

it might have been fused due to arthritis and may be the source of your foot pain.
