Don't think so. She wears a wedding ring (yeah, I checked) and in the episode where they're trying to make a recording device from clay pots and she's yelling to make the recording one of the other guys says 'Now I know what it's like to be her husband!', alluding to the fact she has one.
I haven't checked to see if there's a Mythbusters website, but if there is, there should be cast and contact info.

In this interview, she mentions that she has a boyfriend. So maybe she's not gay? Or maybe she's bi. I dunno.
