Woo hoo! Fun, eh?
OK, best bet is to reformat and reinstall Windows and all your software. You do have a restore CD or a Windows CD and all your Software CD's, right? DId you by any chance do a backup before you downloaded your build-a-virus kit?
Running Antivirus software is another option, but it can take a long time to get it all cleaned out. I like comodo antivirus, it is free and does a nice job.

What is God's name do you expect when you download a "virus". from a P2P service that is high risk in itself for trojans.
Sounds like your entire system is destroyed and you will have to reformat.
Don't really want to know what you were going to do with the virus maker software. Can only assume you were going to try and destroy some one elses computer.

if you have a virus and you cant take it out I suggest reformatting teh computer or finding that infected files and deleted but usally extreme viruses are on IMPORTANT computer files, so reformatting might be best unless your virus cleaner or sweeper takes it out. I suggest AVG and it is free.

You can reformat the hard disc and load fresh software. Nothing to worry...! If data on your hard disk is corrupted it is advisable to format the hard disk and reinstall the operating system (usually Windows XP) More details at http://fixit.in/format.html
