I am looking for a word having meaning of "this time".

The word is used in this context:

Thank you for your time and help!

If you use "last time," you should also use "this time." It's called "parallel structure." It keeps your sentence balanced. If you'd prefer to change "this time," you should also change "last time." Perhaps you might say something like the following: "Previously, I sent you a letter...currently, I am sending you a package."
