I have Neutrogena cream powder which has spf 20..is that still good?

yes any spf prevents sun damage no matter how little. a little spf is better than nothing and is just as effective in makeup as in sunscreen

Thing to remember about sunscreen in makeup is that it is only as good as the amount of area covered. Unless the particular product is used all over the exposed skin in an even layer is not going to protect all the skin. Something else would have to be used on the areas that you don't use that particular product on if any. Other than that spf in makeup is the same as spf in sun blocks or other products. The number tells you how much it is supposed to screen.

yes, spf definetly helps your skin protect it self from uv rays but you really should apply suncreen regulary under your moisturiser. spf 15 or 20 really isn't enough. and when you get older you won't have sun spots!

it is still effective as make up. but if ur gonna be in the sun a lot still use a normal sun screen

I think they actually tell you not to use products with sunscreen, because they're not sure how great it works. use it anyway, but make sure to use the real stuff too. ;)
