PUBLIC HAVE SELECTED THERE MLAS/MPS WITHOUT KNOWING THE VISIONS OF THERE REPRESENTATIVES

DEVELOPMENT IN THE COUNTRY IS NOT HOMOGENEOUS.

because all these gimmicks are politics oriented not development oriented. You can never bring anyone's status up merely by pampering. For development the caste based reservations have to be forgotten. A student of any BPL family should be provided with facilities, can be helped to prepare for competitions but the selection should be purely on the basis of merit.
